It is no secret that Samsung is, or was, the unofficial king of Android. When Android is in discussion, Samsung is usually the first to be brought up. In the last few years, they've undoubtedly created some of the best that Android has to offer. Samsung Galaxy S8 may come with Bluetooth 5.0

The Bluetooth Special Interest Group has officially adopted Bluetooth 5.0 and according to SamMobile, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 could be the first device to feature the new speedier version of Bluetooth. On top of faster performance, Bluetooth 5.0 is also expected to have longer ranger and larger broadcast message capacity. The new version has approximately twice the speed, four times the range and eight times broadcast message capacity than the current version of Bluetooth. According to the group, devices with Bluetooth 5.0 should arrive "within two to six months." This time frame falls right into the expected release date of the Galaxy S8.
