Thanks to the folks over at Android Authority, we now have light on the release date for LG's upcoming smartphone, the LG V30. The handset, which is scheduled to be announced on August 31st at their IFA press conference in Berlin, is expected to be released on September 15th in Korea.
For the US, the device is expected to be made available for pre-order starting on September 17th and then released on September 28th. This information, made available by Android Authority, comes from a leaked LG internal document going by the codename JOAN.
According to Android Authority, the latest rumors are that the handset will sport a 6-inch OLED display with razor thin bezels. In addition, expect the LG V30 to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and come with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage.
