Popular leakster Evan Blass is at it again. This time with a leaked render of the Moto Z3 Play in its entirety. The leaked render shows the device in a Deep Indigo color variation and what to expect as far as the design goes.
According to the render, the Moto Z3 Play has ditched the physical home button on the front and went with a 18:9 aspect ratio. Thankfully, the fingerprint scanner didn't disappear as Motorola has placed it on the right side of the handset making unlocking feel more natural. Your fingers are often wrapped around the sides, so it does make sense. Sony did this on past handsets and it's shocking that more companies didn't go this route.
Unfortunately, it appears the headphone jack is still omitted and the camera module continues to protrude out. On a positive note, there will be dual cameras, a thin frame, and Moto Mod capabilities.
It is rumored that the Moto Z3 Play will come loaded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, a 3,000 mAh battery capacity, and have 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Lastly, the device should come with Android Oreo pre-installed and carry a price tag just south of $500.
