Another day, another Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL leak
Honestly, there has been one too many leaks when it comes to the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. It almost feels like these devices are the most leaked in the history of leaks. I think, at this point, it's becoming redundant. Nevertheless, here is yet another leak.
In this leak, provided by the very reliable Evan Blass on Twitter, the tipster revealed a render that shows off the front panel of both the Pixel 3 and it's bigger sibling, the Pixel 3 XL. The render confirms everything we have heard about over the last few months. The Pixel 3 XL will sport the dreaded notch design, both handsets will come equipped with front-firing speakers, and dual front-facing cameras.
According to the specs that were leaked, both handsets will be shipped with Android 9.0 Pie straight out of the box, be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with 4GB of RAM, and will have internal storage options up to 256GB. The Pixel 3 will be fueled by a 2915 mAh battery, while the Pixel 3 XL will carry a larger 3430 mAh juice pack. Lastly, it is said that both devices will be the first Pixel devices to support wireless charging.
We are a little over two weeks to go before Google officially unveils it's new devices on October 9th, but it just might be the least exciting announcement unless, of course, the rumored Ultra Pixel is also announced. However, it is unlikely that a third Pixel smartphone will be revealed.
