Happy New Year! Two days into the new year and we already have the first leak of 2019. Courtesy of CompareRaja via Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks on Twitter) we have our first 5K CAD-based renders and 360 video of the upcoming Moto Z4 Play.
Other than the physical appearance of the device, not much else is known. The Moto Z4 Play will sport a waterdrop notch design, similar to the notch found on the Essential Phone, and will have a display that measures roughly 6.2-inches. The dimensions of the device is said to be 158 x 75 x 7.25 mm.
Now for the rest of the handset. On the right, there's a volume rocker and a power button. On the bottom, there's a USB-C port and a headphone jack. In a non-traditional placement, the speaker sits on top of the device. Curiously, there is no physical fingerprint scanner which could indicate that the Moto Z4 Play will have one built into the display.
In addition, there are single camera's on front and back panels. Returning is Motorola's iconic round rear camera bump and lastly, there are pins on the bottom rear which means that the Moto Z4 Play will support Moto Mods.
